1. Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer of Liability

Web3Star (the "Platform") functions solely as a non-custodial, decentralized user interface and software tool. The Platform does not issue, endorse, manage, or hold custody over any digital assets, tokens, or bonding curve smart contracts.

All tokens created, issued, or traded through the Platform are generated independently by third-party creators ("Creators") and processed directly on the Solana blockchain via automated smart contracts.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

(A) ANY CREATION, PURCHASE, SALE, OR HOLDING OF TOKENS INVOLVES EXTREME RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS AND PRICE VOLATILITY;

(B) ALL FINANCIAL LOSSES, LEGAL LIABILITIES, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM TOKEN CREATION OR TRADING ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TOKEN CREATOR AND THE INDIVIDUAL USER INVOLVED; AND

(C) THE PLATFORM, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND DEVELOPERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS EXECUTED ON-CHAIN.

2. Tax Obligations & Local Law Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, withholding, and remitting any and all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or assessments (including, but not limited to, income tax, capital gains tax, and value-added tax) imposed by any tax authority or governmental body in your relevant jurisdiction arising from your use of the Platform, token creation, rewards, or digital asset transactions.

The Platform makes no representations regarding tax treatment and shall have no responsibility or liability to calculate, track, report, or pay any tax obligations on behalf of any user or creator.
